Yes, you can choose between B&B or half board.

New for Winter 2026/2027: to help you discover the authentic flavours of the region, we are offering our half-board guests the ‘Dine Around’ package: every Monday, you will have the opportunity to sample local cuisine at one of the many nearby restaurants. On these days (with the exception of 28/12/26 and 04/01/27), our restaurant will be closed. We will also be on hand to provide support and advice with your restaurant bookings.

500 metres, a 7-minute walk according to Google Maps: you can reach them comfortably without moving the car. The return slope is only 250 metres from the hotel.

The spa is open every day from 4pm to 7pm, without reservations. If you wish, we can provide you with a bathrobe and slippers upon request.

Four-legged friends are welcome, but only upon request and in certain room types, with the addition of a small supplement of €20/night. They are not allowed in the wellness area, but are welcome in our restaurant. We ask only that you be considerate and respectful of other guests: a few simple rules are enough to keep everyone happy.

The room is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

To use public transport upon arrival, it is important to activate the Val Di Fassa Guest Card in advance. We’ll send you a link to do so before your stay.

The cancellation policies accepted upon payment of the 30% deposit are as follows:

• In the event of cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival, we offer the option of a voucher for a booking of at least the same amount during the current season or possibly even the following season (winter/summer).
• From 29 days prior to the arrival date up to 15 days prior to the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 30% of the booked services.
• From 14 days prior to the arrival date up to 8 days prior to the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the booked services.
• From 7 days prior to the arrival date until the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booked services.
• In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
