New for Winter 2026/2027: to help you discover the authentic flavours of the region, we are offering our half-board guests the ‘Dine Around’ package: every Monday, you will have the opportunity to sample local cuisine at one of the many nearby restaurants. On these days (with the exception of 28/12/26 and 04/01/27), our restaurant will be closed. We will also be on hand to provide support and advice with your restaurant bookings.
Breakfast done properly
Sweet, salty, light or hearty: at breakfast everyone has their own tastes. For this reason our buffet is varied, abundant and always well-kept, with fresh and local products where possible.
There are those who prepare for the slopes and those who take it easy: in any case, you start off on the right foot.

A tasty break in the centre of Canazei, whenever you want
Even during the day, our restaurant remains a comfortable and pleasant base.
You can stop at lunch for a simple and tasty dish, enjoy a aperitif mid-morning or afternoon, or, on the hottest days, enjoy an ice-cream.

Are you staying for dinner? Of course yes!
In the evening we offer you simple dishes, but tasty, with proposals from the tradition.
If you choose the half board, dinner is included in the stay. But even if you don’t stay with us, you can book a table: our restaurant is also open to outsiders.
Our Swiss pine lounge, welcoming and intimate, is also available for private dinners, parties or small events.
Admission from 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm (Tuesday to Sunday).
